Eric Bell stands at the forefront of development coaching and mentoring, as the founder and lead coach of the Players Development Club (PDC). His journey, rooted in the fast paced streets of Harlem, New York, is a testament to the transformative power of sports. It was here, in the playgrounds of Harlem, that a simple gift from his father – a basketball – ignited a passion that would define his life's trajectory.
Eric's humbled basketball career is marked by a string of remarkable achievements: a high school champion and MVP, a college Hall of Fame induction, and an acclaimed European basketball champion and MVP. His experiences on the court have not only shaped him as an athlete but also as a mentor, instilling in him a profound understanding of the challenges and triumphs inherent in sports.

The creation of the Players Development Club was a natural progression in Eric’s career, born from a deep-seated desire to impart his knowledge, wisdom, and experience.
